Project Superintendent
Dredge America is seeking motivated and independent project superintendents to lead small crews on projects throughout the United States. Required:

  • Experience with full-time travel. Relocation is not required however, extensive travel is mandatory
  • Mechanical background with experience troubleshooting heavy equipment – diesel and hydraulic
  • History of successfully managing small projects from start to finish
  • Managing employees, vendors, subs and clients
  • Ability to work independently at an off-site location
  • • High integrity and character

You can operate equipment anywhere. Why not take a tour of the country with your expenses paid while you work? Dredge America is looking for qualified site managers and dredge and equipment operators who want to work hard and be rewarded. The environment is always changing, but the work is year round. Dredging experience isn’t necessary, but you need a strong mechanical aptitude, need to be physically fit and ready to travel. This job isn’t for everyone.
